Navigation Data: Information regarding vessels, crew, and checklists created and managed by the user within the platform.

The information collected is used exclusively for the following purposes:

To provide and maintain the sailing management service.
To synchronize your data in real-time across different devices using Firebase infrastructure.
Technical and security notifications related to your account.

3. Security and Storage

We use Google Cloud (Firebase) infrastructure, which meets the highest security and data encryption standards in the industry. We commit not to share, sell, or rent your personal data to third parties under any circumstances.

4. Data Deletion

In accordance with current privacy regulations, you have the right to delete your account and all associated data at any time. You may request the total deletion of your information by sending an email to zarpeseguro@gmail.com or by using the specific "Delete Account" function within the app settings.

5. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

Zarpe Seguro is a digital support and reference tool. The use of the application does not replace the legal obligations dictated by the corresponding maritime authority, nor does it replace the judgment, expertise, and responsibility of the Captain or master of the vessel.

The developer is not responsible for technical failures derived from the lack of internet connection, third-party service outages (Google Cloud/Firebase), or loss of information. The Captain is solely responsible for verifying navigation safety and the condition of the vessel before setting sail.
